Dillon's Doghouse Contract

I will not give cash refunds, and I will not pay vet bills should the pup need it. The buyer of the puppy should take the puppy to the vet before the first 48 hours are up. If the puppy should have a life threatening disease, I will gladly replace to the buyer a puppy of the same value. I will not guarantee that I can give the same sex pup due to the fact that I might not have one at that time. I will need a diagnosis signed by the vet, and then I will send the diagnosis to my vet before the pup is replaced. I will not replace any puppy after 48 hours with or without a vet diagnosis. I cannot guarantee size of the dog, however i may be able to give an estimate based upon the size of the parents. I cannot guarantee temperament of the pup after it leaves my house. WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PUPPIES.
